The travel bug, from my mother.

Perfect pitch.

Touring. Living.

I prefer not to waste any time at all.

At the last count there were definitely over 1,000. That was a quite a while ago.

Yes, but nowadays I do compilations on CD.

Particular photographs.

Camp fires.

I think that secret passions ought to remain secret.

French kissing.

22. Define your utopia in regard to relationships between human beings?
That we leave future generations a bit of the world as we know it. Doesn't look much like it's going to happen though...

The video director Markus Nispel, a right arsehole.

At Jenny Frege's funeral.

25. What do you consider to be the worst thing that could ever befall you?
If something were to happen to any of my friends or family.

In the following order: Duesseldorf, Sydney, New York.

My friends in the town, the Rhine and the obligatory Bratwurst at Fortuna Duesseldorf.

None of us can read music, let alone write it.

If it's because the music is bad, then no.

The fans in Argentina singing their own songs.

What's it really like backstage?
Deadly boring. Apart from table tennis tournaments, for which we bring along a table especially, nothing much happens.

51. Have you ever felt lonely whilst on a big tour?
No. Practically all of my friends are there anyway.

52. Which other occupation other than musician would you consider?
Photographer.

53. Do rock stars ever grow up?
I hope not.

54. The high point of your career so far?
The 1,000th concert.

The 1,000th concert.

56. Do you feel you've been at it for a long time?
19 years is an awfully long time, but it's a nice feeling, to think that it has managed to work for such a long time.

57. Is it conceivable that you might suddenly quit the band and that you'll never be seen or heard of again?
No, I can't imagine leaving suddenly.
